Prices & Discounts
Here you will find our prices and discounts. Your concert tickets can also be used as travel tickets 4 to 6 hours before and after the start of the event on all local public transport in the VVO area, except special transport. The combined ticket is valid for all suburban and regional trains, streetcars, buses, and Elbe ferries between Altenberg and Hoyerswerda, Riesa, and Sebnitz.
We would like to inform you that, we only accept cashless payment methods at our box offices and event ticket offices. Thank you for your understanding.
We recommend that children attend these concerts only from the age of 5 onwards, so that all guests can enjoy the experience to the full.

Further ticket prices can be found on the website under the relevant concert listing. The breakdown of price categories and the number of seats available may vary between concert formats and dates. During the concert season, prices may be adjusted for each concert date depending on ticket sales. Up-to-date information can be found at dresdnerphilharmonie.de under the relevant concert date.
*Seats go on sale at 10 am on the Monday before the concert; no further discounts are available. This category is not available for every concert.
**One accompanying adult is free for every 12 pupils. Each additional accompanying adult pays €5.
*** Free lap ticket without a fixed seat; children sit on their parents’ laps; a ticket must be booked.
Note for school groups: For group bookings for a regular orchestra concert, tickets are available at €5 per pupil upon written request, subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
FLEX fee
Online bookings are subject to a FLEX fee for each concert ticket booked. This FLEX fee allows you to exchange your ticket for another date in the same concert series up to 3 business days before the concert, subject to availability. Concert tickets cannot be exchanged or returned without a FLEX fee.
On presentation of the discount entitlement, a ticket for students (school) and young people costs just €10. This means: discounts for all concerts of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra (with the exception of end-of-year and special concerts) in price categories 1-5! Tickets are available in advance, in the webshop and at the box office.
Last Minute Tickets are fixed seats in the stalls, which are only available subject to availability from 10:00 a.m. on the Monday before the concert. No further discounts can be applied to these tickets. These seats are not available as part of a subscription.
The following are entitled to a discount
- students (school children),
- trainees,
- students,
- persons doing federal voluntary service or a voluntary social year,
- people doing voluntary military service
Students (school children) under the age of 20 are entitled to a discount if they can present a student ID when purchasing tickets and entering the hall without being asked. Young people may also be entitled to a discount.
When attending a symphony concert of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra, parents pay €10 for one school-age child; admission is free for each additional child under the age of 18. We recommend attending these concerts with children who are no younger than five years old.
Up to 10% discount on Dresden Philharmonic concerts on presentation of the Volunteer Pass.
Discounts can be granted in the ticket service, web store and at the box office. The relevant proof of eligibility must be presented without being asked when purchasing a ticket and when entering the concert.
PHILCARD
10% discount with the PhilCard from the 1st concert
Book your PhilCard in the webshop or on site for €25 with concert tickets and receive a 10% discount on the normal price for up to two tickets (subject to availability) for concerts of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra in the current season from the first booking.

If you have a Dresden Philharmonic discount code, you can also redeem it in the webshop. The same applies to your subscription discount of approx. 10%.
