The journalist Andrea Thilo studied social and economic communication at the Berlin University of the Arts. After a traineeship at NDR in Hamburg, she worked as a reporter, editor and presenter for ARD and private television stations. She produced documentaries for twelve years, including the international cinema success RHYTHM IS IT! about the educational work of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra under Sir Simon Rattle. Since 2011, she has worked as a freelance journalist, moderator and trainer, primarily in the fields of education and sustainability, cultural mediation and digital transformation.
