Naděžda Kramplová studied history and education at the Faculty of Philosophy in Brno (Czech Republic) and at the University of Augsburg. She later went on to study music management at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (HAMU), where she completed an internship with the Salzburg Philharmonic Orchestra, among others.
After graduating, she worked in a concert agency that organized concert tours, workshops and masterclasses for English-speaking, mainly student and university choirs and orchestras in Central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Austria and Germany). She has been in contact with leading youth ensembles from the USA and Great Britain, such as the Eastman School of Music or the New England Conservatory of Music, as well as with numerous concert organizers and festivals in the Central European region. For several years she was involved in the organization of an international choir festival in Prague.
She has been choir manager of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra since 2023.
