The box office opens one hour before the start of each event. Please note that from January 2026, we will only be accepting cashless payment methods at the box office and event ticket offices. Thank you for your understanding.
If you want to pay with cash, you can also buy tickets from the usual ticket outlets (for example Konzertkasse Dresden im Florentinum, Konzertkasse in der SchillerGalerie, SaxTicket - Der Kartenschalter in der Schauburg, sz-ticketservice im Haus der Presse).
