Victoria Esper

Victoria Esper is a speaker, presenter and trained singer (Master of Music in Vocal Performance at the Manhattan School of Music). After working as a freelance soloist, she has also worked as a cultural manager at major cultural institutions in recent years, including the Semperoper Dresden, HELLERAU – European Center for the Arts and the Dresden Philharmonic. Victoria designed the intercultural family series “KIWI-Kinderwelt” at HELLERAU and co-developed the fantasy character Phili, an meerkat, for the family concert series “phil zu entdecken” for the Dresden Philharmonic. As the voice of this character, she has been delighting concertgoers young and old since 2021.

Victoria Esper is passionate about communicating music in a lively way and getting children excited about the world of classical music, which is why she often takes on the role of presenter. As a communications trainer, she gives seminars and workshops on various topics. She also works for Aktion Zivilcourage e. V., where she campaigns for good social interaction, political education and the promotion of media literacy for strong, courageous children and young people.
