Further Questions?

The Kulturpalast is barrier-free. The following hall doors are accessible without steps: B, C, H, N, R (1st door) and W (1st door). There are steps in some areas. Our ticket service will be happy to advise you. A barrier-free checkroom is available on the left-hand side of the first floor. Braille is provided at the ends of the banisters.

Reduced tickets are available for guests with a disability of 80 or more. Booking is possible with proof on site, by telephone (-4866 866) and by e-mail (ticket@dresdnerphilharmonie.de).

The concert hall has a limited number of wheelchair and close companion spaces, which are accessible by elevators. Their number may vary depending on the event. Tickets for these are only available on site at the ticket service in the Kulturpalast.

The concert hall is equipped with induction loops in the entire stalls (areas A to D, except row 1), in the 1st tier (areas G, H, N and O) and in the 2nd tier (areas S to V). You do not need an app or anything else to use them.

If you require an assistance dog, suitable seats are available in the concert hall where a dog can sit next to you. Tickets can only be booked via the ticket service.

You can find all prices and discounts here.

The concert ticket for a Dresdner Philharmonie event is valid as a ticket 4 hours before and up to 6 hours after the start of the event on all local transport - except special transport - in the VVO area.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. For online bookings, an extra fee can be paid for each concert ticket booked. This "flex fee" allows the corresponding concert ticket to be exchanged for another concert date from the same concert series up to 3 working days before the concert date; subject to availability; the exchange is easily possible online. Please note: concert tickets cannot be exchanged or returned without this extra fee.

Duplicates of your tickets can be produced at the box office for a fee of €2 per ticket.

Depending on availability, last-minute tickets go on sale on the Monday before the concert at 10.00 am: a limited number of seats are available in the webshop and ticket service. These seats cannot be reserved or further reduced. A maximum of 2 seats are available per customer.  Please note: This offer is subject to availability and cannot necessarily be booked on the evening of the concert itself.

You can purchase vouchers in the ticket service and in the Webshop. The amount is freely selectable. Booked vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed at the ticket service and in the webshop for Dresden Philharmonic events.

We offer guided tours through the foyers and the concert hall of the Kulturpalast. Duration: approx. 60 minutes. Dates and tickets are available from the ticket service and at dresdnerphilharmonie.de (concert calendar). Please send individual inquiries to ticket@dresdnerphilharmonie.de.

We recommend attending regular orchestra concerts with children who are no younger than five years old. Excluded are specially designated children's and family concerts.

The Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra does not hand them over because the soloists/conductors do not have the opportunity to take them with them. They often leave directly after the concert. All artists receive another small gift from the general manager.

On the 1st floor you will find the “Café Tutti”. You can buy drinks and snacks there before concerts and during the breaks. During our abFRACKt and Best of Classics concert series, the Tutti is also open after the concert. You can also use the “Solo - Bistro & Café” on the first floor.

Please note: It is not permitted to take food and drinks into the hall. You will find many other restaurants and bars around the Kulturpalast.

If you have to wait a little while on the phone, you can hear the first 51 seconds of the Poco allegretto from Brahms' Third Symphony. The conductor is Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, chief conductor of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra from 2004 to 2011.

Please send us the question to ticket@dresdnerphilharmonie.de.
